Produzione: scelte sicure per il materiale, l’uomo e l’ambiente

Selezione di materie prime, modalità di lavorazione, sistema di sicurezza e aggiornamento continuo del personale: sono alcuni degli ambiti in cui Fila ha preso “decisioni verdi”, soluzioni che interessano tutto il processo produttivo e, sommate tra loro, garantiscono un prodotto finale che non solo rispetta la natura del materiale da trattare ma anche la salute degli operatori e quella dell’ambiente circostante. A riprova di questo impegno, l’azienda dedica il 70% degli investimenti della R&S allo studio di prodotti a basso impatto ambientale.

 

 

  1. Produzione di soluzioni in base acqua.

    Il laboratorio Fila è stato tra i primi a formulare prodotti in base acqua, ottenendo efficacia sul materiale nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.

  2. Trattamento dei fumi.

    Potenziamento dei filtri per l’abbattimento dei fumi durante la produzione.

  3. Trattamento dei residui.

    Utilizzo di acqua deionizzata e adozione di un impianto a osmosi inversa che non crea rifiuti pericolosi e riduce l’acqua di rigenerazione.

  4. Formazione operatori.

    Tutti i collaboratori, sia interni che esterni, sono costantemente aggiornati su tutte le procedure e le norme di sicurezza oltreché sulle corrette modalità di applicazione dei prodotti.
